Job Description
Role and Duties:
  • · Support the day-to-day business operations of the indoor golf club.
  • · Handle counter duties including attend to walk-in customers or visitors, and answer enquire
  • · Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • · Handle all incoming calls and emails.
  • · Performing cashiering duties and handles all forms of payment methods (Cash, NETS and etc)
  • · Handle customer's complains and provide resolution.
  • · Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • · Singaporean only.
  • · ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels with PC knowledge (Excel and Words)
  • · Proficient in English and Mandarin (oral and written) as the need to serve the Chinese customers
  • · Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position
  • · No experience but having pleasant and positive attitude is welcome
  • · Excellent customer service skill
  • · Pleasant, mature enjoy meeting and serving customer with friendly disposition
  • · 6-day work week, with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays when required
Store Manager
Job Description
Role and Duties:
  • · Marketing and Publicity: Responsible for promoting the indoor golf facility's services and attracting new customers through marketing activities.
  • · Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • · Operations and Maintenance: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the store, including equipment maintenance and arena sanitation.
  • · Financial Management: Responsible for overseeing the financial status of the store, including budget formulation, recording of income and expenses, and preparation of financial reports.
  • · Workforce Management: Responsible for managing store employees, including job scheduling, training, and evaluating employee performance.
  • · Communication and Coordination: Maintain close contact with upper management to communicate store needs and issues, and ensure store operations comply with company policies and standards.
  • · Safety Management: Responsible for ensuring a safe environment in the store and complying with all relevant laws, regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • · Min 1 year experience in similar capacity
  • · Proficient in English and Chinese (oral and written)
  • · Good communication and supervisory skills
  • · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, poised and composed in difficult situations
  • · Reliable and independent, outgoing and social, always ready to take initiative

Admin Assistant
Job Description
Role and Duties:
  • · Responsible for day-to-day office administrative matters
  • · Provide clerical and administrative support
  • · Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mails.
  • · Oversee the admin function for the office, such as office equipment maintenance and procurement (stationery and grocery supplies).
  • · Expense Management: Managing employee expense claims and ensuring they are compliant with company policies. This may involve reviewing expense reports, verifying supporting documentation, and processing reimbursements / petty cash.
  • · General Administrative Tasks: Manage filing of documents, organizing financial records, answering calls, maintaining inventory of general office supplies, ad-hoc support on simple human resource duties and providing support to other team members as needed.
  • · Assist in other ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements
  • · Singaporean Only
  • · Min. O Level certification.
  • · Min. 1 years experience in Admin.
  • · Good command of Mandarin. Both spoken and written as required to deal with Chinese colleagues.
  • · Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Golf Coaches
Job Description
Role and Duties:
  • · Assist in planning a golf curriculum for different levels
  • · Prepare, plan and deliver technically sound session plans (Customer golf or staff golf)
  • · Ensure coaching techniques are in accordance to best practices
  • · Carry out, record and report assessments, skills testing for all levels periodically
  • · Managing & achieving targets based on annual plans
  • · Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • · Min. 2 years golf coaches experience.
  • · Good command of English & Mandarin. Both spoken and written as required to deal with Chinese customer & colleagues
  • · Certificate of Singapore Professional Golfers Association / China Golfers Association / GTF .
