Front Desk / Customer Service Officer
Job Description
Role and Duties:
- Support the day-to-day business operations of the indoor golf.
- Handle counter duties including attend to walk-in customers or visitors,
and answer enquire.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
(pens, forms, paper etc.).
- Handle all incoming calls and emails.
- Performing cashiering duties and handles all forms of payment methods
(Cash, NETS and etc).
- Handle customer's complains and provide resolution.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels with PC knowledge (Excel and Words).
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (oral and written) as the need to serve the
Chinese customers.
- Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position.
- No experience but having pleasant and positive attitude is welcome.
- Excellent customer service skill.
- Pleasant, mature enjoy meeting and serving customer with friendly disposition.
- 6-day work week, with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
when required.
